What is the Fila Brasileiro Association
(FBA)?
The Fila Brasileiro Association, Inc. is an organization
that will welcome as members all who share an interest in
our special breed. Show
enthusiasts, breeders, and pet owners can all contribute to
the sharing of knowledge and experiences with our Filas.
The FBA certainly deserves the label "international"
as we have delegates in many
of our states in America and in eighteen foreign countries.
Our annual Fall Circuit,
which has traditionally been held in Texas in November, provides
a busy weekend of activities including four conformation shows,
temperament testing, junior showmanship, sweepstakes, and
the black Fila parade. Join us, if your schedule permits,
for fellowship, fun, and most importantly a Fila experience
unmatched anywhere else. Our judging panels are impressive
as we provide experienced and knowledgeable evaluators who
follow FCI and CBKC guidelines.
Our newsletter, the Fila Digest,
provides a wealth of information on many topics. It is sent
free to members who are encouraged
to contribute articles for publication.
